Why is my account locked?

This generally means that you have made more calls than is allowed.  You may make an unlimited amount of US Toll Free calls, but only 50 calls which are not toll free.

    My account appears to be locked as well. I'm stuck on "Initializing."

    I am a new user of FireRTC and I'm confused with the limit of 50 calls. Is that per day, week or month? Also, I may have made 50 call but connected on maybe 25% of them and then less than 5 were actual completed calls over 5 minutes. After 5 days I'm not allowed to make any calls. I'd like to be able to make calls again and this time I'll count them and be more discreet before making a call. Please unblock me.
